Speed Continued

While I think there is something really fascinating about the use of cameras to create time lapses and high speed cameras to slow down the simplest moments to create beautiful imagery, I also think there is something incredible about tricking the eye simply with how you choreograph the human body. One can imitate the feeling of a high speed camera or a time lapse video simply by creating a contrast between you and the environment.

Here are two videos of a Japanese artist, 須藤元気 that my friend from back home linked to me. Although the music might not be my taste, their incredible coordination and choreographing skills are.
